In the Court of the Conqueror is the first collaboration between Patty Ortiz and George Emilio Sanchez. The work features Sanchez's original text and performance with Ortiz's video projections. In the Court of the Conqueror weaves together Sanchez's story of his indigenous ancestry with the history of American sovereignty. The work is currently traveling throughout the US (see news for upcoming performances).
